Dayna holds a BBA from The University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management, where she studied Marketing and Psychology. During her time at UMass, she was actively involved in the UMass Marketing Club, Women in Business Club, UMass Hillel, and UMass Programming Council.

Growing up, Dayna was deeply engaged in the Jewish community. She was a member of Temple Shalom of Newton and served on the Youth Group Board (SHAFTY). She spent many summers at URJ Eisner Camp and was an active participant in the B'nai B’rith Youth Organization (BBYO). Dayna also took part in the American Jewish Committee’s (AJC) Leaders for Tomorrow program, where she explored topics such as antisemitism and advocacy. As a regional song leader for the North American Federation for Temple Youth (NFTY) she led services for the New England region. Additionally, Dayna participated in the Diller Teen Fellowship program, connecting with Jewish teens around the world and partnering with a cohort in Haifa, Israel, to explore Jewish identity, leadership, and social action.

In her free time, Dayna enjoys practicing mindfulness and yoga, cooking and baking, and musical theatre.

JBBBS holds a special place in her heart as she was also a part of the children’s mentorship program herself as a child and was matched with a Big Sister who made a lasting impact on her life.
