Lauren Korn is the President and CEO of Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Boston, an organization she has called home since 2018. Lauren started at JBBBS coordinating programs, moved through philanthropy and strategy, and stepped into the CEO role in 2024.

Lauren believes, in the power of a single relationship to change the trajectory of a life. She has seen it happen: volunteers who become community leaders, children who grow into mentors, one good match rippling outward for decades.

Prior to joining JBBBS, Lauren practiced litigation and spent nine years teaching Legal Writing and Research to international students at Boston University School of Law. She has worked in capital campaigns, community engagement, and nonprofit leadership across the Greater Boston Jewish community.

In her free time, Lauren loves spending time with her husband and three sons. She is also a mahjong teacher and avid tennis player.
