Megan holds a B.S. in Creative Arts in Therapy from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. Megan has directly experienced the tremendous impact a mentor can have on an individual, both as a Little and a Big in Russell Sage College's Big/Little tradition. Although she was terrified to move to a new state without knowing a soul, her Big gave her the confidence and connections to thrive at school. While in undergrad, Megan held several on campus jobs and interned with the Shine Initiative and West Hill Refugee Welcome Center, fueling her passion for arts and mental health programming with children. Upon graduation, she provided direct care at the Adolescent Continuing Care Units through UMass Chan Medical School while obtaining her M.S. in Psychology through Southern New Hampshire University. She was then an Intensive Care Coordinator with YOU, inc. (Seven Hills Foundation), delivering community-based services for children in South Central Massachusetts. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and cuddling with her beagle, Jackie O. Megan is also an actress and singer, performing in regional theatre whenever she gets the chance!
