Pam Greene

Pam Greene is semi retired while remaining Of Counsel at Rodman Employment Law. She brings more than 30 years of experience advising organizations and executives on executive compensation, corporate governance, securities, tax, and employment matters. Throughout her career, she has worked with both public and private companies and individuals, providing strategic counsel on complex legal and governance issues. Prior to joining Rodman Employment Law, Pam led Aon’s corporate governance and legal group within its Human Capital Practice. Prior to that she served as a partner at an AmLaw 100 law firm. She has been a frequent speaker on governance and executive compensation and holds a J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and International Business from McGill University.
