Rebecca Cohen

Rebecca Cohen is a corporate strategy and investor relations leader in the biotech industry. She is passionate about medical innovation and bringing investors and patients alike into the story of novel science and potential new treatments. She is currently the SVP of Corporate Strategy at ImageneBio, a company created through a public merger process she spearheaded. Rebecca has helped raise more than half a billion dollars in capital and has spent more than 15 years building relationships across the biotech community.



Rebecca has been matched with her friend, Julia, in the friend-to-friend program since 2021, and they love to go to MAGIC events, paint pottery, go for walks with Rebecca’s dog, Juno, and get their nails done together. Rebecca has been a member of the board since 2022 and the executive committee since 2025. She is also an active volunteer in other organizations in Boston and especially enjoys her HIV-prevention and engagement volunteer work in Uganda with teens and young adults.
